National Catalogue search Check a name, barcode, NTIN or KZTIN

Find out whether a product is in the National Catalogue and what its code is. If a card already exists, you don't need a new one.

CatalogPro is a private service, not the official portal. Data comes from the National Catalogue's public search and may update with a delay. Before important decisions, verify it at nationalcatalog.kz.

Check a whole list from a file

Upload an Excel or CSV file: the site shows which products are already in the catalogue, which need checking and which need new cards.

The file is processed in your browser and not stored by us. Only the names and codes from the chosen columns are sent for searching.

Need to add products to the catalogue?

We choose the codes, handle moderation and give you a file of NTINs.

How to use the search

  1. Enter a product name, barcode, NTIN or KZTIN.
  2. Compare the model, composition, size and packaging: a similar card isn't always your product.
  3. If it matches, use its code. No new card is needed.
  4. If it isn't there, it needs registering. You can do that yourself or leave it to us.

Which codes you can check

NTINA 13-digit product code in the National Catalogue, needed on receipts and e-invoices.
KZTINA code for public procurement supplies, listed in documents along with the NTIN.
Barcode (GTIN)The manufacturer's code on the packaging, which often finds an existing card.
